When you book online, via Phone or Media Socials with Xtreme Auto Detail, you should read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking prior to making an appointment. Once an appointment has been made, you are agreeing to these terms & conditions.

 “SERVICES” refers to car detailing, cleaning and related processes offered by Xtreme Auto Detail.

“WE / US / OUR"etc. refers to Xtreme Auto Detail, management and any employees.
“CUSTOMER / YOU” refers to the parties requesting or engaging in the provision of services from Xtreme Auto Detail. 


The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

When you register for an Account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number.


We use the information we collect in various ways, including to: 

Provide, operate, and maintain our website. Improve, personalise, and expand our website. Understand and analyse how you use our website. Develop new products, services, features, and functionality. Communicate with you, either directly or through one of our partners, including for customer service, to provide you with updates and other information relating to the website, and for marketing and promotional purposes, send you emails, find and prevent fraud.


 Please allow 10 minutes upon drop off of your vehicle for our team to conduct a pre-service inspection and consultation prior to detailing. We will arrive as close to the scheduled appointment time as possible. 

Sometimes situations can occur that will disrupt the daily schedule. Our safety will never be compromised by rushing to meet a schedule. You will be called and advertised of an arrival when schedules change beyond our control.

Pricing varies for each vehicle and is determined by size, package and condition. Any additional costs will be discussed and agreed to prior the commencement of the service

Please make sure all personal belongings and/or valuables are removed from the vehicle before our team start the service. We will not take any responsibility for lost or damaged items. All items found in the vehicle will be placed in a plastic bag and left in the vehicle for your reclaiming. 

Additional charges apply for heavy stains, sand, excessive pet hair, excessive debris removal, vomit, blood, urine.

We will not remove, move, or replace any type of child seat or restraint system. We ask that you remove any child seats and booster seats before your booking appointment time, if you wish to do so. Should the child seat be left in the vehicle, we will do our best to clean around the child seat, but cannot promise your total satisfaction.

If your vehicle is fitted with car seat covers, we wold advise you to remove them prior to dropping the vehicle off for the detailing service. If the car seat covers are not removed, we will clean and detail the seat covers only (not the seats underneath).  

All vehicles accessories such headlight covers, bonnet guards, windows visors or other protective removable accessories must be removed by the customer before Xtreme Auto Detail commence to start the work.


Xtreme Auto Detail does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use https://xtremeautodetail.com.au only with permission of a parent or guardian.


Xtreme Auto Detail will accept order cancellations up to 24 before your appointment. If the cancellation is less than 24 hours of your booked appointment time, you will forfeit $20 cancellation fee to the agreed price, unless the cancellation is due to weather.

Once your cancellation is approved a refund to your form of payment will be initiated if applicable.

We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

Xtreme Auto Detail reserves the right to retain your deposit (non-refundable if a booking is cancelled or rescheduled on the day of appointment without prior arrangement.

Xtreme Auto Detail reserves the right to alter or amend a booking time/date without penalty but wherever possible, will let the customer know.

 Xtreme Auto Detail reserves the right to cancel or reschedule in accordance with its staff levels, weather conditions and/or equipment failure without penalty to the company.

Xtreme Auto Detail reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.


Please note, any pricing listed on our website or social media is to be used as a guide only and may be subject to change. Quotations provided over the phone or via written message or email will be an estimation of work to be completed only, based on the information provided by you, the customer. Estimations provided are not binding if the vehicle condition changes prior to scheduled booking, or if more than 15 days has lapsed from date of estimate. 

The estimate may also be subject to change based on a more detailed examination immediately prior to start of service and will be discussed with you, the customer, prior to beginning work. Payment is expected upon completion of work, unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing ahead of time. We have an EFTPOS machine available for acceptance of payment at the completion of works.

We accept Cash, Debit/ Credit Card & Bank Transfer payments. Please note, all Debit/ Credit Card payments are subject to a 2% transaction fee.


You must disclose to us all defects, damage, or weakness in your vehicle, known or suspected by you, which may be affected by the services prior to our commencing with any of our services.

We do not undertake to insure your vehicle against loss while it is in our possession. 

Insurance of your vehicle is at all times your responsibility.

Any complaints about our work cannot be considered unless reported prior to our operative handing you back your key and marking the job as complete.

You will be liable to us for any death, injury or damage suffered by us or our staff attributable to any defect in your vehicle or any harmful contents.

It should be noted that polish and other cleaning products can be slippery and extreme caution should be exercised when collecting your vehicle.

We accept no liability whatsoever for loss or damage caused as a consequence of failing to heed this warning.

Old or non original paintwork can be damaged in the cleaning process. All such defects shall be indicated to our staff prior to commencement of the cleaning process.

You confirm that you have a spare set of keys for the vehicle and that we shall not be liable for loss or damage caused to you or the vehicle by an operative accidentally losing the keys or locking them in the vehicle.

Older vehicles may have weaker or perished materials and we agree to provide the services at your risk in respect of vehicles over 3 years old.

Xtreme Auto Detail is not liable for any oil, grease, brake dust or any other form of contamination washed off from customers vehicle and left on the property that could or may stained or damaged the driveway or lawn or other areas.

It’s customer best interest to identify pre-existing damages are, safety and sensitive areas, such as electrical parts, computer box and special engine compartment where water should not be used before Xtreme Auto Detail starts there work.

Once Xtreme Auto Detail have finished exterior detailing  of the paint which how long it will shine is based on the service that client have booked for. We don’t guarantee the shine will last as expected due to nature where the vehicle is parked and usage.

For interior detailing once it is completed Xtreme Auto Detail doesn’t take any responsibility if seats are still wet, carpets are still wet, condensation in any electrical or related areas.

If no payment is made Xtreme Auto Detail has the right to hold the vehicle key till full payment is made.

Xtreme Auto Detail has the full right to ask for vehicle key and hold it till the job is completed. Once customer fully pays for service requested Bright Car Detailing will return the key safely.

With engine cleaning we only do dry cleaning using air compressor to blow and wipe off dust. No water will be used to clean the engine. If customer needs engine degreased and high pressure cleaned then they have to give written permission to Xtreme Auto Detail for doing that but no liability will be taken for any problems arising from the service.

As part of detailing process Xtreme Auto Detail Use High Noice Equipment’s such as high pressure machine, buffing machine, vacuum and shampoo machines, which  without Bright Car Detailing cannot complete Detailing jobs.


From time to time, we may take photographs of our work for use on our social media platforms and website. We will always cover the number plates of vehicles and never disclose the location. If you do not want us to use these photographs, please let us know.


In order to fulfil our obligations to you, Xtreme Auto Detail may contact you with regards to any appointments you have made. We may from time to time send you reminders.
